These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and online services operated by Royal Class Beauty (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including browsing, booking, creating a customer account, purchasing gift cards or retail items where offered, and related interactions. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

These Terms are a practical template. They are not legal advice. Royal Class Beauty should have qualified legal counsel review and adapt them for your business, location, and risk profile before you rely on them.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use our online services. If you use our services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

Our services

We provide information about Royal Class Beauty, allow you to request or manage appointments, and may offer related features such as customer accounts, messaging, and online purchases (for example gift cards or retail products) where enabled. Specific services, locations, hours, and staff availability may change without notice.

Parts of our online experience may be provided using software and infrastructure operated by Ninja Salon on our behalf. Your use of those features is also subject to these Terms as between you and us.

Booking, appointments, and service delivery

When you book online, your appointment may be subject to confirmation, eligibility, and our standard policies (including cancellation, rescheduling, deposits, late arrival, and no-shows). Fees, duration, and scope of services are as described at the time of booking or as we communicate to you.

We may refuse service or cancel appointments for safety, non-payment, abuse of staff or other clients, or other legitimate business reasons, subject to applicable law.

Accounts

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Fees and payments

Prices, taxes, and fees are as shown at checkout or as we otherwise communicate. Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). Your use of payment services may be subject to the processor’s terms and privacy policy. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Gift cards and retail purchases

If we sell gift cards or retail products online, additional terms may apply (including expiration, redemption rules, refunds, and shipping). Those terms will be presented at purchase or on request.

Communications

By providing your phone number or email, you agree that we may contact you for transactional purposes related to your appointments and account (for example confirmations and reminders), as permitted by law.

If you opt in to marketing SMS or email, you consent to receive promotional messages as described at the point of opt-in. Message and data rates may apply for SMS. You can opt out using the instructions we provide (for example replying STOP to SMS or using an unsubscribe link in email), subject to law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our services, including: violating law; harassing staff or others; attempting unauthorized access to our systems; scraping or automated access except as allowed by robots.txt and law; uploading malware; or interfering with the operation of the site.

Intellectual property

Content on our website (including text, graphics, logos, and layout) is owned by Royal Class Beauty or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as allowed by law or for personal, non-commercial viewing.

User content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our business, subject to any privacy rights in personal data contained in that content.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our services and website are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those jurisdictions, disclaimers apply only to the extent permitted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither we nor our service providers will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where law requires otherwise (for example gross negligence or willful misconduct, or mandatory consumer protections).

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Royal Class Beauty and its owners, staff, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the services, or violation of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our primary business location is situated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence may still apply where required. Courts in that jurisdiction (or another forum we specify in writing) have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to non-waivable rights you may have to sue in your home courts.

If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you may also have the right to use an alternative dispute resolution body or online dispute resolution platform where applicable.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
